Hi, I would like to change my account so that I receive only a daily folder instead of the individual responses. How do I do that? I cant find that page that I have previous ly seen that option.

We have recently had a moderator pass away and I would like to delete him from the moderator’s status. I deleted his membership but he remains listed as a moderator.

AT&T messed up the email address. I have lost being able to see messages on the website. i still receive daily emails, but i can not change my email prefernce without being able get into the website.

That’s all well and good, but what does someone do when Customer Care doesn’t answer back, or if it does answer, gives inappropriate responses? As far as I’m concerned, Customer Care neither helps customers nor cares.

I have difficulties in viewing images which are send as an attachment. It comes as a block mail. I don’t know why is that happen while some others are able to view any images in our forum. if there is a mistake on myside, then I must need help to have access in viewing messages that have images on it.

Yes I am aware of customer care but it would be useful if someone from that office introduced themselves and explained what happens when a message is sent to Customer Care,.
The Customer Care person could do this on either this blog or Moderator Central
One of the major faults of reporting to Customer Care it is not personalised ,resulting in wrong answers being supplied.
Often Yahoo Users, give up as reporting to Customer Care sends them round and round and round in circles.

dear customer care,
i formed designindia yahoo egroup 7 years back and today it is the only organisation of professional designers in india. we have had many debates and lobbies and organised many offsite events because of this group. group is widely quoted in media and is very influencial for policy decisions regarding design and design education.
I had around 10, 000 messages on the archive, which i can not see since yesterday. HWere are they..you think they are lost, erased????

too bad you make it so hard to have a simple question answered. All I want to know is WHY YOU ARE DELETING GROUPS???
My embroidery groups that I subscribe to are disappearing and for no reason…….One day they are there - the next they are “No longer found” and I know it is not the groups fault! I have gone from 80 goups to 70 in less than 24 hours. IS BIG BROTHER WATCHING? OR is someone deciding that embroidery is not allowed? Seriously - if a group has a lot of members and YAHOO decides to delete them - then I feel Yahoo should inform each and every member of WHY they have deleted them. Boy - sure makes life frustrating when big companies don’t give a d….. about others!!!!

Hello,
Yahoogroup search is not enough. There would be an Advanced Search.
I want to search Language, Founded Date of the group.
And search results would be sorted by Date, Number of Member etc.
