Whoever gets hired, please see my blog for suggestions on improvements. YG is lagging behind competitors, and only holds a small edge in features at the moment. Its detractions are the long-standing issues that have been unaddressed for years, and its clunky and dated as it stands now. That said, be conservative with your changes because we like it the way it is in many regards, we just want it to work better and easier.
